I offer all my clients highly competitive copywriting rates because of my location and because I am not part of an agency. That said, I have a great deal of experience and an excellent track record and my copywriting rates reflect that. Whatever the project, I believe in offering value for money and as a result a large percentage of my work is repeat business.
For an accurate quote on print and web copywriting rates send me an outline brief from which I will quote a fixed price that will include any amends that are required.
Copywriting prices
As a guideline, you could expect that a 4 - 6 page website would take one day as would a two-page A4 product report. A basic Google campaign would take between one and two days to set up.
Prices vary according to the amount of copy required, the amount of research involved and the nature of the business e.g. creating brand names and strap lines may take longer to get right than search engine writing.
My minimum charge is for one day - although for regular clients I will take on smaller chunks, for example, e-mail newsletters, press releases etc

For SEO copywriting I charge a flat fee per article based on word count.

How do I get a quote?
Call me or email me - I will need as much detail as you can supply about the work, preferably a written brief with details of your business, the writing you require (with word count if possible) and the tone of voice that you want to convey. It is also useful to see the design if possible; links to competitors or similar work you like are often useful.

Confidentiality
For many of my clients confidentiality is highly important and I completely respect their wishes. I never discuss the details of work undertaken for a client or rates charged with any of my other clients. I am also happy to sign a non disclosure agreement where appropriate.
Meeting clients
I enjoy meeting clients face to face wherever possible. I travel to London regularly and am happy to meet clients throughout the South West, South East and Midlands.
Delivery time
I usually require only 1 or 2 weeks notice to schedule in projects and can then ensure a quick turnaround on your projects.
I manage of team of experienced UK copywriters who assist me in creating SEO articles and web pages where large volume is required.
Delivery method
I usually supply the work in a word document. However I am experienced in using content management systems and can also provide work for websites in copy deck form, although this may have an impact on my copy writing rates for the project.
Quality guarantee
Essentially I work with you until the copy is exactly right - for most clients I suggest starting with a small part of the brief and working with you until that copy is exactly how you would like it. I would then use that as the benchmark for tone and style in the remainder of the brief.
